After you contact us, we will reach out to discuss your ideas, your business and requirements to understand how we can help your business. We will send you a consultation brief which outlines all the information we need to create your website. We build 3 draft websites, and if they are suited to you, we work to fully create a functional and polished website. You have the option to ask us to make any changes or add anything you need throughout the process. When you are happy with your finished website, we siply transfer ownership fully to you with information about running, changing and managing your website in the future.

Although our lead times vary depending on size and complexity, we aim to fully complete your website within 2 weeks.

After transferring ownership of your website, we provide you a handover pack detailing how to use, monitor and update your website. We also offer optional monthly website management for an additional cost.

Arteva Web Design currently focuses on website building and management services. While we create the platform for your online presence, the responsibility for marketing your business remains with you. At this time, we do not offer marketing or SEO services.

Throughout the design process, we collaborate closely with you, sharing drafts, plans, and ideas to ensure you're satisfied at every stage. This approach guarantees that the final product aligns perfectly with your vision and needs. In the event of cancellation, partial refunds may be available, depending on the stage of the website build and the reason for the cancellation.

We charge a one-time fee for the development of your website. After the first year, there is a small annual fee solely for the ownership of your domain and web hosting, which is paid directly to the provider and not to us. However your first year is included in our build fee.
